Set up IMAP/SMTP correctly and validate both inbound and outbound flow.

Goal
A stable support mailbox that reliably receives and sends customer messages.
Steps
- Open
Inboxesand edit your support inbox. - Enter IMAP host, port, security, username, and password.
- Enter SMTP host, port, security, and from/reply-to details.
- Run
Test IMAPandTest SMTP. - Enable sync and save.
Validation
- Connection tests are successful.
- New incoming emails appear in queue.
- Outgoing replies are sent without errors.
