  1. Open an active store integration.
  2. Add 17TRACK API key in tracking config.
  3. Save and run Sync Tracking.
  4. Verify tracking values on related orders.

  • Tracking status is no longer unknown.
  • Fewer manual carrier lookups outside Samdesk.
