Daily checks

last_sync_status
last_synced_at
last_sync_summary (fetched/new/updated)
last_sync_error

Escalate when

Same failure repeats for 2+ runs.
Orders are missing in thread context.
Tracking updates stall.

Then validate credentials and rerun sync in controlled steps.
