Samdesk execution pattern

Use this checklist for consistent case execution:

  • Define owner and expected outcome before taking action.
  • Work in fixed sequence: triage -> action -> validation -> follow-up.
  • Log key decisions briefly so handoffs and escalations stay clean.

Integration flow

  1. Add a store integration.
  2. Validate credentials and domain.
  3. Run Sync Recent and optionally Import All Orders.
  4. Run tracking sync when provider credentials are set.

Operational checks

  • last_sync_status should be healthy.
  • last_sync_summary should show fetched/new/updated values.
  • Agents should see order context in conversation view.
