Use this checklist for consistent case execution:

Activate integration-scoped knowledge with controlled crawl scope.

Steps

  1. Open Integrations and enter Manage Knowledge.
  2. Set Primary URL and Max pages.
  3. Enable knowledge.
  4. Trigger Scan now and monitor crawl jobs.

Scope recommendation

  • Start with FAQ, returns, and shipping policy pages.
  • Exclude low-value marketing pages.
  • Use lower page caps in first runs.
