  • Full NL and EN coverage across 12 categories and 45 articles per locale.
  • Expanded migration playbooks for Zendesk, Gorgias, and Help Scout.
  • New full-HD use-case visuals for:
  • returns backlog operations,
  • WISMO/tracking workflows,
  • escalation ticket queues.

SEO and indexing rollout

  • Help center URLs included in sitemap coverage.
  • IndexNow key hosting enabled at root (/<key>.txt).
  • Bulk submit command added: python manage.py submit_indexnow_urls --sitemap.
