Use this checklist for consistent case execution:

  • Define owner and expected outcome before taking action.

  • Log key decisions briefly so handoffs and escalations stay clean.

Role model

  • owner: full control.
  • admin: operational setup and management.
  • agent: daily execution of conversations and tickets.

Team setup

  1. Add members in team management.
  2. Assign least-privilege roles.
  3. Validate membership acceptance and active access.

Security baseline
