We process account details (such as name and email), message content, usage logs, technical metadata, and, if you connect Gmail or another email provider, the minimum required account credentials/access data to sync and import inbox messages.

- Authentication and account administration
- Inbox and mailbox synchronization to show messages inside SamDesk
- Support, ticketing, and notification handling
- Security, abuse prevention, debugging, and product improvement
4. Data sharing
We only share data as needed to deliver the service (for example, with hosting providers) or when required by law or contract.
5. Retention
We do not keep data longer than needed to provide the service, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We use technical measures (including transport encryption, access controls, and monitoring) and organizational controls to limit access.
