By creating an account or using SamDesk, you agree to these terms.
2. Service and account
- You are responsible for keeping account information accurate.
- You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
- You must not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity.
3. Email integrations
When connecting Gmail or another mailbox, you provide the minimum access needed for email synchronization. You may only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
4. Billing and service levels
Access levels may depend on your subscription. Misuse or payment delinquency may result in feature limitations or suspension.
5. Liability limitation
SamDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Termination
In case of repeated breach or abuse, access may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
